Kairos Counseling and Wellness is proud to be in-network with the following insurance providers:

Important: We recommend contacting your insurance provider before starting treatment to confirm coverage details, including deductible and copay amounts.
Rates
- Initial Intake: $200
- Standard 1-Hour Session: $170
Note: Sliding scale options are available for individuals paying privately. We also provide superbills to support potential reimbursement for out-of-network services.
Good Faith Estimate
If you are paying privately, you have the right to request a Good Faith Estimate for services. This helps you understand and plan costs before receiving care.
Payment and Cancellation
- Payment: Payment is due at the time of service. We accept all major credit cards, FSA cards, and HSA cards.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a late cancellation fee of $100 (exceptions made for illness or emergencies).
