Tom Rollis is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with nearly 20 years of experience helping children, adults, and families work through life’s challenges to create meaningful change. He uses evidence-based techniques and a strengths-based, solution-focused approach to address stress management, grief, parenting struggles, substance use, and mood regulation.

Tom’s work extends to military families, adoption and foster care, couples counseling, and individuals with ADHD and autism spectrum disorder. He creates a welcoming space for healing and values the courage it takes for clients to pursue growth. When not at work, he strives to make time for leisure pursuits, such as serving as an unofficial taste tester at the local ice cream shop, enjoying wind therapy on his Harley, and trying to become the man his dog thinks he is.
